Our postoperative and recovery care service helps individuals transition safely home after surgery or a hospital stay. Carers assist with personal care, mobility, medication and light domestic tasks during the recovery period, reducing the risk of readmission and supporting a smoother rehabilitation.

Recovery needs often change week to week, so care is scaled up or down as strength and independence return. We liaise with hospital discharge teams, GPs and physiotherapists to ensure continuity of care, and support family members who may otherwise be carrying the load of a loved one's recovery alone.
